An Atheist’s Paradise. Exploring the Abandoned Sacral Miniatures Park [Poland]

How would the world without religion look like? It’s unlikely that God will abandon the place that has created soon, but you can have a quick glimpse on that in paradoxically one of the most Catholic countries in Europe. 

An abandoned sacral miniatures park in Poland is full of the copies of the famous temples and churches in the world. Once the place aimed to show the greatness of these monuments to the visitors, today this site is rather a caricature of sacrality. The neglected and taken over by nature St. Peter’s Basilica as well as other religious places make you feel as if the apocalypse has just happened there. Below are some sights from the walk in the decaying sacral world.
