This eye-catching display is the creation of an elderly woman who lives there. She has placed dozens of dolls in every corner of her garden. These are ordinary toys that could be found in any toy shop, however, the lady has transformed many of them into life-sized “sculptures” by mounting the dolls onto larger structures. As a result, the garden is populated with child-sized figures that, due to weathering, have taken on a rather eerie appearance—definitely not something you’d want to encounter at night.
While the dolls are the main highlight of the place, the garden holds even more surprises, including various smaller sculptures and paintings adorning the walls. Some dolls, along with an assortment of handicrafts, can also be found inside the woman’s home. She takes great pride in having turned her surroundings into such an unusual spectacle.
