The result is an astonishing and eye-catching spectacle—an impressive creature that locals call Opolska Buka, or the Opolian Groke. While this peculiar monster often makes people laugh, it can also send a shiver down your spine. Its “eyes”—two white bulbs—are said to glow at night, making an unexpected encounter in the dark all the more unsettling.
