Piekary is a village on the Vistula river situated near Kraków. When you’re here, it’s worth to visit an abandoned neo-gothic villa (built in the middle of XIX century) and some old buildings around surrounded by a huge park.
Apart from that there is a beautiful view from here on the famous Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec, situated on the other side of the Vistula River.
Also, if you look carefully passing through Piekary, you’ll find a nice abandoned old house just near the road.
